Where should you begin?

1. Enquire - let us know you're interested

Filling in our enquiry form will let us know you are interested and provide us with the information needed to advise you about the relevant process. We will send you useful updates as we progress through the admissions process and make sure you are ready to may decisions at the key times.

Families tend to enquire at least a year before the entry date. This provides enough time to research and visit and be in line with our application deadlines. You can enquire at any time no matter how early!
2. Visit us - come and see for yourself
Open events
We hold open events throughout the year which are the perfect opportunity to come and see our schools, meet our staff and students and see some of the learning that our pupils experience. These are events dedicated to prospective families, so you have all of our attention. Open events include a talk with our Principal and Heads and a tour of the schools.

Tours
We also hold  tours across all of our schools. If you cannot attend an open event or there isn't one before your desired start day, then please get in touch.

3. apply - complete our online registration form

If you have made your decision and are ready to apply, you can complete our form online. There is a £200 registration fee that is payable at the end of the form. An application is considered complete when both the form and payment are received.

Financial assistance and scholarship applications (Senior and Sixth Form) run parallel to the admissions application. You must indicate your interest in applying for these on the registration form.

4. entry assessments
All children applying for Kindergarten and above will take part in entry assessments. From brief informal interactions in the Early Years to maths and English competencies in Junior schools, and more rigorous academic assessments in the Senior and Sixth Form, the tests are always age-appropriate and well-being is at the forefront during these experiences.
5. Application outcomes
Once all assessments have been completed our Heads of Schools will review all the information collected during the process. The outcome of the application will be communicated by email along with any scholarship outcomes.

The outcome of a financial assistance application will be made separately by our Finance department.
6. Offer decisions
We do hope that if you have received an offer of a place, your child will be joining us! The instructions of how and when to accept the place will be sent along with the offer details.

Scholarships and financial assistance offers must be accepted separately. Details of how to accept each of these will also be sent with the offers.

If you do not wish to accept your place, you can let us know at any time before the deadline. After the deadline, any places that remain will be offered to other applicants where appropriate.
