The children in Dame Bradbury’s Reception class have been busy performing this year’s Nativity - Busy, Busy Bethlehem.
The story is all about a little Roman soldier who was sent to Bethlehem by Caesar Augustus. He loves to organise everybody and thinks that nothing could be more important than being in charge. So when Mary and Joseph arrive late, the little soldier is initially very cross, but something changes, and he can't understand why. He forgets all about organising - could it be because a very special baby is about to be born?
The children really enjoyed learning their lines, acting out the story, wearing their costumes and speaking with great confidence on the day.
